NEW YORK - A man who said he was unfairly fired 20 months ago from the Niagara County Sheriff’s Department continues to wait for a proper termination hearing. Former corrections officer Derrick Brevard said he was fired based upon the word of another employee and now the county refuses to release his work evaluations, barring him from gaining other employment in his field.
