DELAWARE - Delaware Department of Correction Commissioner Carl Danberg has announced that Tom Carroll has been named the department's deputy commissioner. Carroll, whose new role became effective Monday, Sept. 3, becomes the first person to hold the title of deputy commissioner, a newly created position within the Office of the Commissioner. Read more.
