| Richland County Sheriff faces tight budget |

OHIO - Sheriff Steve Sheldon told Richland County commissioners in May "there might be a problem down the road" with his budget for gasoline, overtime and other expenses. He was back Thursday to say he had come to that point in the road. Adrianne Hoover, the sheriff's fiscal officer, estimated the department will need an additional $50,000 for gasoline for the remainder of the year.
