| More inmates can fight injection process |

OHIO - A federal judge on Wednesday allowed five additional death row inmates to join a lawsuit claiming Ohio’s lethal injection procedure amounts to unconstitutional cruel and unusual punishment. The move comes as the state fights a northeast Ohio judge’s order that the prisons department turn over a detailed description of its execution process to a man facing an aggravated murder charge.
