KANSAS - Jackson County today named Lee’s Summit Police Chief Ken Conlee as director of corrections. Conlee will take over Nov. 1 after his retirement as chief, according to a news release today. Conlee has served as Lee’s Summit chief for 11 years and was previously chief in Wentzville, Mo., outside St. Louis. Read more.
