NEW JERSEY - Robert Coughlin, director of the Ocean County Department of Juvenile Services, recently received a visit from a former student. "He said, "Mr. C., you don't recognize me.' I said, "After 25 years and 10,000 kids, give me a hint.' He said, "The evil one,' as he was known here," Coughlin said Thursday morning, drawing laughs from the crowd. Read more.
