GEORGIA - Two local men freed after serving lengthy jail sentences for crimes they did not commit lobbied state lawmakers Monday to impose rules on the way eyewitnesses identifications are handled in Georgia. Calvin C. Johnson Jr., who was freed in 1999 after 16 years in jail for rape, said he felt jurors did not see the obvious holes in the case against him once the victim pointed him out in court.
