| Bucks passes inspection |

PENNSYLVANIA - State inspectors who evaluated the Bucks County prison system in July found no problems despite the drug-related death of an inmate just a month earlier. The state Department of Corrections considers prison security, personnel, food services, admissions procedures and other categories but has no authority to conduct investigations, said chief prison inspector Tom Schlager. “That does not factor in relative to our findings,” he said. “That's not part of our investigation.” Read more.
