TEXAS - The Comanche County Juvenile Detention Center is finally getting a new security system. Juvenile detainees have found a way to pick the locks and get out of their rooms, but that's really as far as they are able to get. But even so, they've beaten the system. The security system is so old and worn out, it didn't pass inspection this year -- and ever since, the center has been operating on a provisional license. The county then spent months checking out the best way to upgrade the system, and Monday they found a winner. Read more.
