| Grant to increase HIV prevention |

WISCONSIN - Horizons Inc., a Milwaukee halfway house and treatment center for women offenders, has been awarded a five-year, $2.5 million grant from the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the Wisconsin Department of Corrections said Thursday. The grant will enable Horizons, a Department of Corrections community partner, to increase access to substance abuse treatment and HIV prevention for women in the criminal justice system returning to the Milwaukee community.
