| Bonus, health costs up in new CO contract |

MICHIGAN - Livingston County sheriff's deputies, detectives and correction officers are considering a three-year contract with the county that requires employee contributions to keep the current level of health insurance and provides for annual raises of less than 3 percent and one-time bonuses. A vote on the proposal was set for Friday, and the union president, Deputy David Klein, said the voting would be held open for several days to allow all of the approximately 100 members to cast ballots.
