WEST VIRGINIA - The National Corrections and Law Enforcement Training and Technology Center may have a long name, but the list of training services it offers is much longer. Services officials say are vital to public safety — perhaps now more than ever. As students at a Cleveland high school head back to class this week after last week’s deadly rampage, officials at the NCLETTC continue to train officers in the event of such an occurrence in the Ohio Valley.
