| Grant helps target youth crime |

TENNESSEE - In the past month, an area truck-stop clerk was shot in the face, a pizza delivery man was forced at gunpoint to hand over the pizzas he was carrying and law enforcement agencies were involved in a seven-hour car chase that began when a driver fled a traffic stop. One alarming trait could link the crimes – police say they all were committed by teenagers. Juvenile violence is on the rise in the region. Maj. Tim Eads with the Bristol Tennessee Police Department is concerned about the climbing numbers and announced he is stepping up efforts to prevent the problems. Read more.
