| Lunch break lawsuit settles |

MONTANA - According to a press release the Montana Department of Corrections has agreed to settle a claim by 14 Montana State Prison employees over lunch breaks that they claim they worked during. The state will pay non-union employees a lump sum of $124,000 to settle the claims in the case which involves three shift commanders, nine case managers and two hearings officers. Read more.
