COLORADO - State Rep. John Kefalas, in collaboration with Northern Colorado CURE, is hosting a monthly community forum “Prisons or schools: using our tax dollars to advance prevention, justice and public safety.” The forum will be 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Fort Collins Public Library, 201 Peterson St., and is free to the public.
