| Cell phone jammers to be installed |

INDIA - The government has decided to install cellphone jammer equipment in all the central prisons in the State, Additional Director General of Police (Prisons) R Sekar said here on Thursday. After inspecting the Madurai Central Prison, he told press persons that around 60 cellphones were seized in prisons during the last one year alone and in order to put an end to this practice, jammers would be installed in all jails.
