MARYLAND - The 28th class of the Frederick County Criminal Justice Training Academy has wrapped up 10 weeks of training with graduation ceremonies at Frederick Community College. Seven graduates -- six men and one woman -- join the force of corrections officers at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center. Three men become corrections officers in Carroll County. Members of the Frederick County Sheriff's Office training section led Friday's graduation exercises at Jack B. Kussmaul Theatre. Read more.
