The High Technology Crime Investigation Association encourages and aids in the voluntary interchange of data, information, experience, ideas and knowledge about methods, processes, and techniques relating to investigations and security in advanced technologies. It provides conferences, training and other tools related to the prevention of cyber crime. Its members include peace officers, investigators, prosecuting attorneys, and those in private industry engaged in the investigation and/or prosecution of criminal activity associated with computers and/or advanced technologies. |
