PENNSYLVANIA - Three death row inmates claim in the latest challenge to lethal injection that Pennsylvania's method of executing prisoners poses an "unnecessary risk of pain and suffering." The state has failed to make sure that executioners are adequately trained, and its procedures for administering the lethal cocktail are flawed, the inmates said in a federal lawsuit. Read more.
