| Corrections give needy holiday meal |

NEW JERSEY - For Tommy Roberson, Thanksgiving dinner came two days early in the midst of mostly strangers. As he sat down with his white Styrofoam container filled with two large turkey legs, Roberson glanced at a clock that showed 6:25 p.m. He had only a few minutes to eat. Any more time and Roberson risked missing the 7 p.m. homeless shelter curfew. That would mean spending a night on Camden's streets. Nonetheless, Roberson, 48, paused to express thanks for the food provided by the Camden County corrections officers and Aramark, the county jail's food service provider. Read more.
