INDIANA - Department of Correction Commissioner J. David Donahue will take a leave from his job next month to assist the Army in a review of its detainee operations. The department says Donahue will be traveling overseas throughout December and will resume his duties overseeing the state's prison system when he returns in early January. Gov.
