OHIO - Just this month the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections (ODRC) reported they had more than 50,000 inmates incarcerated in Ohio's prison system. This data demonstrates the highest inmate population in Ohio's history. In fact, the director of the department projects that in one year the total population will increase to 52,000. Read more.
