PENNSYLVANIA - An exhaustive review of policies and procedures is under way at the state prison where a murderer escaped earlier this week, a Pennsylvania Department of Corrections spokeswoman said Wednesday. “(The investigation) is moving along,” said Susan McNaughton at the DOC’s Harrisburg office. “It will take two weeks to get the whole thing finished.” Read more.
