Noose hung on inmate door

PENNSYLVANIA - Pennsylvania Department of Correction officials have confirmed that a [CO] at the State Correctional Institution Houtzdale in Clearfield County placed a hangman's noose on the door of an inmate this month.

Officer Christopher Clevenstine admitted to his unit manager he created a noose out of black electrical cord and tied it to the door, but said it was removed immediately. Read more.

    I don’t know why they will do this with cheap exterior doors as it is apparent that it would not be able to withstand the load. They need to find a better option for new doors.
