| Minister outlines Taser review process |

NOVA SCOTIA - The process of a ministerial review of conductive energy devise (Taser) use and policies in Nova Scotia, was outlined Dec. 7 by Justice Minister Cecil Clarke. Local and cross-jurisdictional research will be completed first, followed by analysis. "The first 90 days will be used to collect data on the polices and procedures in Nova Scotia, including training, when use is authorized, and how often they are used," said Clarke.
