| Op-Ed: Budget boost could be a cure-all |

UTAH - They say you can't just throw money at a problem. The Utah Department of Corrections, where the problem is a lack of money, is an exception to the rule. Hopefully, a $48 million budget boost prescribed by Gov. Jon Huntsman will help heal the ailing department. It's been a difficult year for Corrections, and the Legislature would be wise to keep the funding increase intact. Read more.
