ILLINOIS - Larry R. Barrett may be one of the least sympathetic champions of constitutional rights to step into a courtroom. Barrett, 22, of Summit is charged with kicking in the apartment door of a Downers Grove woman Oct. 9 and raping her repeatedly on a couch and in her bedroom.
