CALIFORNIA - Seven inmates at Monterey County Jail have graduated from the second janitorial program offered by officials at the Sheriff's rehabilitation facility. Sheriff Mike Kanalakis said the janitorial program is a two-week program offered in coordination with the Monterey County Center for Employment Training, Turning Point Program and the Monterey County Sheriff's Office.
