PENNSYLAVNIA - Pennsylvania has sent more juveniles to life in prison without the possibility of parole than any other state or foreign country, a recent study shows. According to "Sentencing Our Children to Die in Prison," a study released last month by the University of San Francisco's Center for Law and Global Justice, 433 Pennsylvania inmates were sentenced to life without parole for crimes they committed as minors.
