KENTUCKY - The last hurdle is almost history for the long delayed 100-bed Recovery Center for men in Northern Kentucky. "We hope to start construction by late January or February. It takes about 12 months, so in January or February 2009 we hope to open the door to this facility," said Tammy Stansbury, director of housing finance and construction for the Kentucky Housing Corp., one of three partners in the statewide effort to open 10 Recovery Centers for drug addicts across Kentucky.
