| Juvenile court head will retire |

WISCONSIN - It wasn 't long after Jim Moeser took charge as Dane County 's juvenile court administrator that the planning began for a new juvenile detention center. Now, 15 years later, with the detention center having opened in August on the second floor of the City-County Building, Moeser said he 's ready to retire on Friday having passed a major milestone.
