MICHIGAN - appears that the Detroit Free Press has again taken aim and fired at Correctional Medical Services -- the state's contractor for inmate health care services -- without any regard for the facts ("Get it right on prison health care," Dec. 6). For example, your editorial referred to issues with mental health and nursing care provided to inmate Timothy Joe Souders, but it failed to mention that CMS is not responsible for either service.
