| COs follow Sheriffs' bargaining lead |

MARYLAND - Wicomico County Detention Center guards want to follow in the footsteps of their brothers and sisters in the Sheriff's Office to unionize and obtain collective bargaining with binding arbitration rights with the county. During public comments at last week's Wicomico County Council meeting, Sgt. Anthony Dickerson, a Wicomico County Corrections officer, asked the legislative body to begin dialogue with the officers.
