WISCONSIN - Wardens at several area correctional institutions are shifting to new assignments within the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. The leadership change that will impact the Fond du Lac area the most is the assignment of Dodge Correctional Institution Warden Cathy Jess to oversee Taycheedah Correctional Institution. As warden of the Wisconsin Women's Correctional System (WWCS), she will oversee TCI, which holds maximum- and medium-security inmates, and three minimum-security women's facilities. At Dodge Correctional, Jess has shown that she is a talented and dedicated leader. Her move to the WWCS should be a smooth transition. Read more.
