ILLINOIS - PRINCETON - A task force charged with determining the need for a new jail in Bureau County will visit a Chillicothe-based business Saturday. The Bureau County Jail Task Force Committee will tour Eagle Companies, which builds modular facilities. "It would be a temporary solution, and I imagine very cost-effective," said Bureau County Sheriff John Thompson. "Building a new jail would be a long-term project." Read more.
