| Ohio promises change for youth prisons |

OHIO - Youth Services Director Tom Stickrath agreed with a year-end report that found problems with Ohio’s youth prisons, including the Indian River Juvenile Correctional Facility in Massillon. And, Stickrath said, he will push for major changes. The problems are many, according to consultant Fred Cohen, who investigated the prisons and wrote the report. Read more.
