WISCONSIN - A panel of state lawmakers is considering a bill that would repeal the statute of limitations governing how much time child sex abuse victims have to file civil lawsuits. Current state law permits people who believe they were sexually abused as a child to bring a civil lawsuit against their abusers until age 35. Read more.
