NEW YORK - N.Y. -- “This business has been here since 1946. I've been the owner for four years. I was banking on the entire community to be here,” said James Funk, owner of the Diamond Street Diner. “Since this place first opened the community has always supported this business. Lot of the prison [officers] do come in here, they come in here with their families. So yeah I was banking on the prison being here, it's staff, to assist in us making the business work.” It's no doubt that more than 200 jobs leaving this area would affect this town, so it's causing those who represent the folks here to ask'“Why Hudson?” Read more.
