OREGON - Deputies at the Lincoln County Jail were injured last week while trying to restrain an out-of-control inmate. Sean Christian Koch, 41 of Gleneden Beach had been convicted in Lincoln County Circuit Court on Jan. 7 on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants, and he was ordered to serve 60 days in jail.
