| Construction co., architect told to handle waste problem |

IOWA - Problems continue at the Dakota County Jail. The corrections board is still waiting for a response to a letter that it sent to the company and architect who built the jail. The problem? The "sewage slicer." Board members say it can't handle some of the things that inmates are flushing down the jail toilets. Things like a towel, which an inmate flushed just last week.
