OKLAHOMA - Gov. Brad Henry is proposing a bond issue to address the state’s prison crisis, one of a series of bond issues the governor said Wednesday he will ask state lawmakers to consider during the 2008 Legislature. Henry, speaking to reporters, editors and broadcasters at The Associated Press’ annual legislative forum, said his executive budget will include proposed bond issues to address infrastructure needs in the state.
