VERMONT - Six of Barbara Prine's clients are supposed to be out of prison now. They've served their minimum sentence and the Vermont Department of Corrections has said they are ready to be released. But these six Vermont inmates, who all suffer from varying types and degrees of mental illnesses, must first find community programs that will accept them for treatment.
