| Agency pleads for $25 million |

OKLAHOMA - Members of the state Corrections Board warned legislators Wednesday the agency won't be able to pay its bills unless it receives a $25 million supplement in the next few weeks. The Corrections Department also wants a $300 million bond package this year to pay for additional space the agency says is desperately needed. As of Wednesday, Oklahoma prisons were at 98.4 percent capacity, but that number has reached a high of 98.6 percent capacity within the last month, said Ken Klinger, chief of operational services.
