Facility suit goes to higher court

KENTUCKY - The argument over bringing a 40-bed privately-owned corrections facility to downtown Bowling Green is heading to Federal court.

"They were aware of our contract, knew that it existed, and encouraged Lifeskills to breach its contract with us," says Keeton Corrections' attorney, Rick Walter. Instead of Lifeskills honoring its contract with Keeton, Walter says the city interfered by buying the property that sits atop "Reservoir Hill". Read more.
