OHIO - Brock Meadows is issuing a challenge. Meadows, owner of the Power Factory personal and athletic training center, is inviting area residents to sign up for the first annual Power Factory Sparta Challenge. He said the challenge is based on the movie "300" and the subsequently named workout that is credited with turning the actors into the muscled warriors seen in the movie. Read more.
