NEW JERSEY - On October 29 and 30, 2007, the New Jersey Department of Corrections, through its Office of County Services, conducted an inspection of the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility. The state has the authority to inspect county jails in accordance with the Manual of Standards for New Jersey Adult County Correctional Facilities.
