WYOMING - Despite a request from local contractors Ed Hawley, Adam Reed and Paul Reed, at their meeting Tuesday the city council awarded the contract for the Department of Corrections water treatment plant and elevated storage tank to Moltz Construction, Inc. of Cody, Wyo. “We would like very much to do this job,” Paul Reed said. “It’s very important for our company to do this.” Read more.
