WYOMING - The Eighth Judicial District Court in Torrington sentenced a number of offenders on illegal drug and other charges during the first part of 2008. Brenda Barnes, 45, of Torrington, was sentenced Feb. 1 for violating probation. She was previously convicted in 2006 for felony possession of methamphetamine. Read more.
