MARYLAND - A state prison near Hagerstown is on lockdown after inmates attacked several correctional officers. As a result of the brawl, Roxbury Correctional Institution spokeswoman Denise Gelsinger says seven inmates have been transferred from the medium-security prison to the maximum-security North Branch Correctional Institution near Cumberland.
