| Hillsborough system goes under microscope |

FLORIDA - An independent review commission will get its first look of how the Hillsborough County Jail System is run. This comes a month after a string of abuse complaints went public. The complaints started when surveillance video surfaced of a quadraplegic being dumped out of his wheelchair. 10 news reporter Mike Deeson first uncovered the story. A detention deputy is being charged in the case. Sheriff David Gee created an 11-panel commission after the video surfaced. The panel will study policies, practices and procedures.
